*PROCESSING TIME:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually 2-3 business days. For details see individual items.

*SHIPPING:

Shipping to United States only.

All orders are shipped first class via the U.S postal service within 3-5 business days. Once your package has been shipped, transit and delivery times are beyond my control.

*RETURNS:

Due to the one of a kind nature of this work, unfortunately I do not accept returns or make exchanges. Please make sure to read product description, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase. 

In case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance.  Lana and Lino is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again. 

Detail descriptions and photographs are provided with each item, color variation will not be considered an acceptable reason for refund or exchange.
